THE TOUR YOU'LL ALWAYS REMEMBER!

Yale University is the only college that has bizarre, hand-chiseled stone carvings adorning its campus buildings. We are also the only ones who published a book about them and who give guided tours revealing their hidden meanings. For a full hour, come back with us to a bygone era of iconic stone  masonry.  You will be shown these carvings on Yale's Gothic buildings, learn about their history, why they were created and all about the controversy they caused many years ago. For example, why is there a stone carving of a man with the head of a donkey, wearing a tuxedo, bow tie and tails, sitting atop the Yale Law School roof?  Most of the stone cutters who worked on these carvings immigrated from Europe in those days. Many brought their immediate families over with them, settling in the greater New Haven area.

We sincerely hope that whenever you are in the Yale/New Haven, Ct area, you will take one of these fascinating tours. Rest assured, it will be an experience you won't soon forget! To sign up for a guided tour, call our Tour Coordinator Jonathan Cervero at 203-285-9053.
